Okay, maybe I'm dense, but I have a couple of questions. So the formula is 1 part 10% pool essentials, 7 parts water, and the amount of Dawn to add is one ounce to what?? Is that an ounce per gallon, or per 8 gallons? I think it's 1 ounce per gallon of mix, but I'm not sure. *EDIT* Okay, watched other video on this formula, and you said 1oz of dawn per gallon (sorry). Another question I have. I have a PS3228 Simpson 3300 PSI unit on its way to me. Looking through the manual in the chapter about using chemicals (with the siphon), it specifically says to *"NEVER use bleach".* So is it just their hose and/or spray gun that can't handle bleach? From the pictures of it that I've looked at, the siphon is on the output side of the pump, so it shouldn't affect the pump at all. *EDIT* Otherwise, is there a "foam cannon" (or something) with the right siphon ratio I could use after the spray gun that would let me run it at a much higher concentration, as the "soap" container is probably only a quart? Thanks for the money saving tips.

There's a simpler way. Adjust your front wheels as high as they will go & adjust the back wheels where you actually want them.The mower will double cut in one pass. I do this all the time when the grass gets too high & keeps your mower from bogging/dying.

What about when using the 30 second cleaner applicator that connects to a hose? 1 bleach cup 10% per gallon?

Almost $6 now for that sodium hypochlorite. Yep, prices have literally risen 100% in the past 3 years.

Great video. I will only add that bleach starts to degrade (turns to salt water) starting at around 6 months on the shelf. Buying in bulk is okay for the professional, not so much for the homeowner.

Why does my downstream injector draw chemical with the black tip but not the blue and pink tip. I have a 3200 psi /2.5 gpm pressure washer and 3/8 diameter hose. Any idea why the blue and pink tip aren't working?

I have an old craftsman mower with the same setup on how the blade attaches (I believe there was a piece of rubber between the blade and the blade holder)! It may lesson some damage the engine's crankshaft bearing if you hit something while mowing!

You didn't mention shade temperature humidity time of day all these factors play in to how long the bleach will stay on the vertical side of the house. You should have sprayed one area without the dishwasher detergent just to see what the difference is other than the smell.

It's not exactly 12.5% as I've seen it vary between 10-13.8% from the customers that I deliver to who test it prior to using.

I am having with my pressure washer (home owner model) down streaming issues for a while and I have been looking for a detailed and well explained video, like this one, I am glad I finally found I have not tried it yet but it make lot of sense , I am sure it will work, the principle is same either for a home owner model or for a commercial use . Thank you very much for your time .

Always start at the top. A half gallon for that small an area? Really?

Only a suggestion. 1st hose wall from top down with ordinary water 2nd spray with solution and wait 30 minutes 3rd hose from top to bottom of wall to be sure the entire wall is cleaned. Should you work side to side there will be streaks. Just like painting the outside of any building, always start at the top or get drips.

Why don't they make a guard with a "Clear" plastic instead of a "Black" plastic? It would make a lot more sense and you would not have a "Blind" side. Damn!

You keep saying 10% but if your downstreaming then its not 10% coming out of the tip. More likely 2%. Viewers should know this
